Hello, we been using IOMETE community edition for some time now. Sometime ago (around 5 months) I opened a support ticket to see if we could upgrade the kubernetes cluster from 1.30 to 1.31 as AWS was going to end support for 1.30, I was told that you would not longer support community version but that there would abe a free tier plan. I tried singing up for the free tier several times but I never recieved further instructions on how to proceed and I actually forgot about it. Now that the 1.30 version support has ended for AWS we being charged extra for extendedn support, my questions are:
- Can I just upgrade the cluster directly from AWS console?
- How can we further move with the free tier?
